Forged wheels is the process of forcing a solid billet of aluminum between the forging dies under an extreme amount of pressure. This creates a finished product rim that is very dense, very strong and therefore be very light, in fact the lightest of all wheels from aerospace-quality 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy.

Milled from the highest quality Aerospace grade aluminum, it is the definition of lightweight wheels. Each wheel set is tailored to be the most optimal combination of lightweight forging profiles and surface milling features. The result is a wheel set designed to increase dynamic cornering response, acceleration, and decreasing overall stopping distances.

All our custom forged wheels are stringently FEA (Finite Element Analysis) engineered to ensure highest level of quality, durability, and far exceeds the safety standards required.
