FLOWFORMED
The flow-forming construction is one of the latest advanced wheels manufacturing technologies in the wheel industry. The Flowformed Series is created to pursue the balance between rigidity, strength, and lightweight by applying this technology into the wheels manufacturing process. This technology changed the process by applying high pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel while spinning and after it has been cast under high temperature. The outcome is outstanding – lower cost than Forging, but more rigid and lighter than Casting. Enhanced by FEA simulation and PDW engineering, the Flowformed Series wheels are among the lightest flow-form wheels in the market.
BEAD GROOVE TECHNOLOGY
Integrated on the inner and outer bead seat of a wheel, provides several advantages for tyre bead engagement, particularly under high side loads and lower air pressures. These advantages include enhanced grip, preventing tyre slipping and loss of traction during extreme side loads or underinflation. The improved engagement ensures a secure hold, reducing the likelihood of the tyre coming off the wheel in demanding conditions. Additionally, the Bead Grooves maintain a secure hold even at lower air pressures, allowing for adjustments to optimize performance in various situations, such as off-road driving with lower pressures for increased traction and flotation on soft surfaces.
